Spitfire Industry

Spitfire Industry is a New York-based industrial design consultancy working across consumer, medical, and everyday use product categories. As a consulting designer, I have led end-to-end product development across a range of concurrent client engagements. My recent projects including a silicone sleep apnea mask and red light therapy mask for Blink Joy (launching Fall 2026), a modular stethoscope system for a medical device startup, a reusable wound-care bandage system for open wound healing, and an outdoor performance hat for athleisure applications.

Across these projects, my work has spanned the full development arc: user research, ergonomic analysis, concept generation, CAD development, prototyping, and iterative testing. I conduct material research and manufacturing feasibility studies to identify appropriate materials, construction methods, and production processes against performance, durability, comfort, cost, and sustainability requirements, and develop the production-ready documentation, technical specifications, and packaging solutions that carry a product through to commercialization. For wearable products in particular, ergonomic resolution has been central: anthropometric research, fit studies, and comfort evaluation inform form decisions from the earliest concept stage. I coordinate directly with overseas manufacturers and suppliers on sourcing, tooling, cost optimization, and production implementation.
