TARIK CURRIMBHOY
2026

Tarik Currimbhoy is a multidisciplinary artist known for large-scale kinetic sculptures that negotiate the boundary between precision engineering and poetic form. Working across Currimbhoy's studio since 2026, I have led the design development of sculptural works from initial artistic concept through final production, translating ideas into three-dimensional form through sketching, digital modeling, and iterative refinement, while developing the fabrication documentation, technical drawings, and installation specifications.
This collaboration has spanned six major international presentations: India Art Fair, Treasure House London, IFPDA at the Park Avenue Armory, Arizona Fine Arts Expo, and Mumbai Art Fair all in 2026 with Currimbhoy's solo exhibition at Akara Art, Mumbai, scheduled for February 2027. Across each, my role has covered the full development arc: material research, prototyping, structural evaluation, fabrication oversight, and production coordination, working closely with curatorial and fabrication teams to ensure artistic intent and production feasibility move together.
